  1. How do I place an order?
    It’s easy and secure!  Just place the product(s) you wish to order in your electronic shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to My Cart” button located next to the product image.  When you are ready to complete your order, click “Continue Checkout,” and follow the easy instructions to complete your order and select the payment option.  Contact Customer Service toll free at 1-888-962-5837 (toll free) or via email at support@LittleWolverines.com and we will be happy to assist you with any questions.

  2. How are my items shipped?
    Orders will ship within 48 hours (and usually sooner!) via USPS Priority Mail.  We do not charge any handling fees and our rates are designed to cover only the actual postage.  If you have special shipping needs, you may contact Customer Service at 1-888-962-5837 (toll free) or via email support@LittleWolverines.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  5. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
    We will do our best to accommodate you, however we do ship quickly – so please contact us as soon as possible!  To cancel an order, have your order number available and contact Customer Service at: 1-888-962-5837 (toll free) or: support@LittleWolverines.com and we will be happy to assist you.

  6. What payment options do I have?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), checks and money orders.  To order using a check or money order, please mail in your order, including item number, size, color and description, shipping address and payment to:

  7. How can I be notified when you add new or additional items to the site?
    We do add new items to our site regularly, but we do not yet have a mailing list to alert customers about updates.  Please check back regularly – and look forward to future mailings from LittleWolverines.com

  8. What is your return policy?
    LittleWolverines.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.   We take pride in offering fine quality products and believe you will be happy with your purchase. If, however,  you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

    To return your unused item(s), please pack them with the original packaging in the original box and include the completed Return Instructions form which is on the back of the Packing List included with your order.  Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take:  Free replacement, refund, or size exchange.  We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.  LittleWolverines.com cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

    We cannot accept returns of clothing items that have been laundered unless there is a defect in the material.

  9. Is ordering online safe?
    At LittleWolverines.com, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card to buy dinner in a restaurant or ordering an item on the phone.  We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication and message integrity.  Furthermore, we have registered with Verisign Inc. to assure our customers that we are a valid, legal and trusted business.

  12. Do I have to sign in with my account name and password to browse the site?
    No.  LittleWolverines.com site visitors can freely browse the website.  Shoppers use their account name and password only to update account information on file or track an order they have placed.

  13. How can I remove my account?
    Simply login to your account, click either “Modify Profile” or “Delete Profile” to manage your account.

  14. What if I forgot my account number and password?

  15. How can I check my order status?
    You can find your order status under the My Account section of our site.  To log on, click the “My Account” icon at the top of this page and enter your login name and password without spaces.  Once logged into the “My Account” section, you can click on “Orders History” to obtain detailed order information on current and past orders.

  16. Is this a University of Michigan website?
    LittleWolverines.com is a private company that sells University of Michigan products, but we are not affiliated with the University of Michigan itself.  In finding our website, you have essentially reached a dynamic collegiate marketplace or store in the private sector, not unlike a department store at the local mall.
