All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service
- What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates are calculated according to the United States Postal Service’s current charges. You are charged only for actual shipping charges – no handling fees are added to any order.
- What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
We do our best to keep every item offered on our web site in stock. If we are out of stock on any item, we will note it on our web site. If, however, an item on your order is out of stock, we will ship separately the in-stock items on your order while waiting to restock any temporarily out of stock items. This will not affect your shipping charges.
- Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, within certain guidelines. The United States Postal Service delivers packages 11” x 14” and smaller to a PO Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. Note also that for items shipped to a street address, a phone number is required.
- Can you ship to an APO?
Yes, we can ship to an APO.
- How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address. Choose “NO” to the question “Is the above address also the billing address?” Then follow the instructions to ship to the alternative address.
- Is my package insured?
Items shipped by LittleWolverines.com are not routinely insured. Should you wish to insure your item, please contact us and we will calculate the cost charged by the United States Postal Service and make those arrangements with you.
- How do I know that my item has shipped?
After your order has shipped, you should receive an email advisory. If for any reason you do not receive correspondence, you may login to your account to view the current status. If you need additional help, please contact us at: 1-888-962-5837 (toll free), or: support@LittleWolverines.com.
- What if I have not yet received my order but my account shows that it has shipped?

- When will my order arrive?
This varies based on where you live. Please contact us at: 1-888-962-5837 (toll free) or: support@littlewolverines with any additional questions. Delivery time averages 3 to 5 business days once your items leave our facility and can take 2 – 3 weeks to an APO address. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs.
- What is your return policy?
LittleWolverines.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We take pride in offering fine quality products and believe you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return your unused item(s), please pack them with the original packaging in the original box. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement, refund or size exchange. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. LittleWolverines.com cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We cannot accept returns of clothing items that have been laundered unless there is a defect in the material.
